California Specialty Distributors Terms and Conditions
New Customers
All new customers are required to complete a CSD information form
(completion of the form does not constitute credit approval).
Terms of sale
Credit card on new accounts.
Credit may be extended at discretion of management, upon request.
Non-sufficient funds
A $30 fee will be charged on NSF checks.
Past due accounts
Will be assessed a service charge at the rate of 1.5% per month.
Catalog pricing
Wholesale dealer pricing of products subject to change without notice.

FAX orders are preferred to insure accurancy. Verbal orders will be taken; however,
customer must
acknowledge confirmation before order ships.
Back orders
You will be notified if an item is unavailable for shipment. All back
orders are F.O.B. Morro Bay.
We will advise when back orders are in before shipment.
Drop Shipment
Any order shipped to your customer’s address will incur a drop
ship charge of $10.00.
Special orders
Handled effectively within 7-10 days.
Payment is required in full on all C.O.D. accounts. Extra fees will apply.
Restocking Charge
Standard charge is 25%. No returns will be accepted 30 days after
an invoice date.
Any returns must have a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
Items that do not have an R.G.A. number will be refused.
Damage Claims
Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
Warranty
CSD does not express or imply any warranty.
Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Minimum order is $150
A small order processing fee will be added to orders under minimum.
